Overview

Job Title: Process Audit & Performance Improvement Manager

 

Titan Cement Group is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Process Audit & Performance Improvement Manager to join our Group Engineering & Technology team, reporting to the Head of Cement Process Director. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of cement manufacturing processes, process audits, and performance optimization across multiple international sites.

 

The position will be based at Titan Cement Headquarters, Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Conduct process audits and debottlenecking studies, including heat and mass balance evaluations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop clear action plans to enhance plant productivity, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Oversee the execution of cost-reduction initiatives and performance enhancement programs.
  • Provide recommendations for plant upgrades, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the selection of new equipment, process validation, commissioning, and performance testing.
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture through best practice sharing, peer-to-peer knowledge exchange, and workshops.
  • Conduct training sessions for young talent development and alignment across teams.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive process innovation.
  • Support AI/ML projects in collaboration with the corporate digitalization team and plant teams.
  • Effectively communicate with top management, plant teams, and external partners.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 12 to 15 years of experience in cement manufacturing processes and/or production operations.
  • Extensive experience in cement plant process audits and energy audits.
  • Strong knowledge of process tools and latest industry developments.
  • Expertise in cement production processes, equipment, and environmental standards.
  • Understanding of CO2 reduction strategies, alternative fuel substitution, and decarbonization initiatives.
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and change management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire teams.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment with an international mindset.
