Overview

TITAN Cement Group is looking for a Carbon Capture Process Integrator to join our team at our headquarters in Athens, and support the implementation of the groundbreaking IFESTOS project, setting the standard for carbon-neutral cement production.

 

Overview

 

Reporting to the Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage Director, the Carbon Capture Process Integrator will manage a vital part of the technical scope of the IFESTOS project — TITAN’s flagship carbon capture initiative based at the Kamari plant near Athens.

 

The IFESTOS project, awarded €234 million from the EU Innovation Fund, aims to capture 1.9 million tonnes of CO₂ annually by 2030, enabling the production of 3 million tonnes of zero-carbon cement and reducing TITAN’s Scope 1 CO₂ emissions by 20%.

 

This role will be vital in coordinating external technology providers, integrating complex processes, and ensuring high-quality design execution across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Actively engage and coordinate all external partners, contractors, and advisors regarding technical aspects of their scope, driving integration across key engineering and technical interfaces.
  • Lead the technical development of your assigned scope in line with the FEED contract.
  • Ensure technical alignment between plant teams, engineering groups, and design experts.
  • Provide technical guidance, organize design reviews, and assure consistency in documentation.
  • Manage project interfaces with other technology providers and ensure timely resolution.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the flawless execution of the FEED contract.
  • Create and maintain a risk register and quality assurance plan.
  • Drive Health, Safety & Environmental risk mitigation planning for plant implementation.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering and Construction Management.
  • Experience across the full project cycle (concept to commissioning).
  • Familiarity with Subsurface/Storage technologies is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the cement industry is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Military Obligations completed (where required).
