Overview

TITAN Group is looking for a Senior Group Learning & Development Specialist to join our Group HR – Learning & Development team at our Headquarters in Athens.

In this role, you will design and deliver learning that strengthens business performance and leadership capabilities across the Group — translating strategic priorities into impactful experiences that move TITAN forward. As a key member of the Group L&D team, you will manage complex, multi-country projects, ensuring that our learning remains relevant, engaging, and tightly connected to business needs.

This is a hands-on role with a global lens — blending program ownership and design expertise with digital fluency, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset to keep TITAN’s learning ecosystem future-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of learning initiatives — from identifying capability needs to designing, deploying, and evaluating programs that deliver measurable business impact across regions.
  • Leverage digital tools, data, and insights to craft personalized, engaging learning experiences that drive both performance and growth.
  • Design learning campaigns and communication strategies that bring programs to life, building visibility, engagement, and momentum across teams and countries.
  • Strengthen TITAN’s learning ecosystem by integrating technology, content, and partnerships that enable continuous learning and development across the Group.
  • Collaborate across functions, geographies, and communities — ensuring learning initiatives are cohesive and aligned with TITAN’s strategic capability priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in learning through insights, curiosity, and experimentation, continuously refining TITAN’s learning practice across all programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile:

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred — but we value hands-on experience just as much.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a multinational or matrixed environment.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering end-to-end learning programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience managing vendor partnerships, budgets, and digital learning ecosystems.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and Learning Experience (LX) design.
  • Proficiency in digital learning/authoring tools, LMS/LXP platforms, and data analytics for learning impact.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; skilled at storytelling and content design.
  • Analytical mindset — able to interpret data and translate insights into design improvements.
  • Curious, proactive, and continuously seeking better ways to learn and improve.
  • Confident and collaborative, able to influence effectively across functions and cultures.
  • Creative, agile, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Leads with accountability, openness, and a growth mindset.
