TITAN Group is seeking a Maintenance Performance & Digital Transformation Manager to lead the performance branch of the Group Maintenance Function. Reporting to the Group Maintenance Systems Director, this role will be based at TITAN’s Headquarters in Athens, Greece.

 

The position is pivotal in enhancing the reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of maintenance operations across all Business Units. It focuses on strengthening maintenance performance, ensuring alignment with Group standards, and driving the digital transformation of maintenance processes.

 

Working closely with plant managers, maintenance teams, and the Group Digital function, the manager will explore opportunities and take initiatives improving our maintenance system efficiency (e.g. procedures, metrics, performance trackers) and deploy innovative digital solutions that optimize equipment reliability, improve cost control, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct systematic audits and performance analyses of maintenance systems across Business Units, identifying improvement areas and monitoring progress.
  • Oversee maintenance cost performance, detect risks and opportunities for cost reduction, and support execution of improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to Group maintenance standards and lead updates to procedures and best practices.
  • Track and analyze KPIs for critical equipment, lead root cause analyses (RCAs), and coordinate corrective action plans.
  • Partner with Business Units to promote reliability and preventive maintenance strategies for key assets.
  • Identify digitalization needs and recommend appropriate tools and technologies to improve maintenance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Group Digital team and BUs to implement digital solutions, ensuring alignment with internal processes and IT infrastructure.
  • Measure and report the impact and value generated by digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 8–10 years of experience in industrial environments, including at least 6 years in maintenance within large industrial organizations (preferably cement or heavy industry).
  • Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance.
  • Proficiency with ERP or CMMS systems, spreadsheets, and other standard desktop applications.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Military obligations completed (if applicable).
