Overview

TITAN Group is seeking an experienced CRM Architect to lead the technical design, roadmap, and lifecycle management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across the organization.

This role will be based at TITAN’s Headquarters in Athens, Greece.

 

The CRM Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s CRM strategy, ensuring that the solution aligns with enterprise architecture standards and long-term business objectives. Acting as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and a challenger to external consultants, you will drive a scalable, secure, and business-aligned CRM ecosystem.

 

As part of the Group Enterprise Applications Team, you will collaborate with business and IT leaders across regions to deliver innovative, value-driven solutions that enhance customer relationship management and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the CRM roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Oversee the full application lifecycle — from design and development to deployment, support, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver scalable and high-performing CRM solutions.
  • Provide technical oversight and governance, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategy.
  • Partner with Group and local IT teams for CRM integration, hosting, and reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience as a CRM Architect (minimum 5 years in a similar role).
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Good knowledge of sales processes, preferably in manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in CPQ solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration, data modeling, and CRM best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience managing application lifecycle and roadmap planning for enterprise platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align technical decisions.
  • Business knowledge of the manufacturing or B2B2C industries will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to interpret and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Passion for innovation, AI, and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Fluent in English (oral & written).
  • Fulfilled Military Obligations (if applicable).
  • Ability to travel to TITAN Business Units.
