Overview

TITAN Group is seeking a Group IFRS & Reporting Analyst to join its Group Reporting & Consolidation team at the Headquarters in Athens, Greece.

 

The role supports the Group IFRS Manager in ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), contributing to high-quality consolidated financial reporting and strengthening the Group’s technical accounting capabilities.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with a strong interest in IFRS to deepen their expertise and work on complex, cross-border accounting topics within a multinational industrial environment.

Responsibilities

1. IFRS Analysis & Policy Support

  • Monitor IFRS developments and assess their impact on the Group
  • Support the update and maintenance of the IFRS Group Accounting Manual (GRAM)
  • Prepare IFRS technical analyses, memorandums, and internal guidance
  • Conduct benchmarking analyses and support IFRS-related projects
  • Assist in the implementation of new IFRS standards and requirements
  • Contribute to IFRS training materials and communications

2. Group Reporting & Consolidation Support

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and Integrated Annual Report
  • Prepare reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation
  • Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors
  • Assist regional finance teams with reporting and IFRS-related queries
  • Contribute to reporting‑related process improvements in collaboration with the Group Reporting & Consolidation team.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, or IFRS-related roles
  • ACCA/ACA studies or partial qualification is considered an asset
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and consolidation principles
  • Understanding of IFRS and willingness to develop deeper expertise
  • Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken)
  • Military obligations fulfilled (where applicable)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive mindset and continuous learning orientation
