Overview

TITAN Group is seeking a talented Group HR Planning and Projects Manager to play a pivotal role in enabling the successful delivery of the Group’s global People agenda. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the role acts as a strategic enabler and delivery partner, bringing structure, discipline, and momentum to priority HR initiatives across the Group.
 
This position is intentionally broad and adaptive, designed for a senior professional who can step up based on evolving business and organizational needs, operate confidently in ambiguity, and support the CPO and HR leadership team in driving impact across transformation, governance, and execution. The position will be based at TITAN Group Headquarters in Athens, Greece.
 

Responsibilities

Group People Agenda Enablement

  • Shapes, maintains, and coordinates the Group HR priority roadmap, ensuring clarity of focus, sequencing, and alignment with business direction.
  • Provides governance and oversight across key HR initiatives and projects, ensuring progress, risk management, and delivery discipline.
  • Brings structure and pace to complex, cross-functional initiatives, helping translate strategic intent into practical execution.
  • Supports continuous improvement of ways of working within Group HR, strengthening planning, coordination, and follow-through.

Strategic Partner to the CPO

  • Acts as a trusted partner of the CPO, supporting the orchestration of the People agenda across the organization.
  • Prepares and coordinates high-quality materials for Executive Committee, Board, and external audiences, ensuring clarity, coherence, and strategic narrative.
  • Supports organization-wide initiatives such as transformation programs, organizational development efforts, and leadership priorities, as required.
  • Proactively identifies emerging topics, risks, and dependencies, bringing forward options and recommendations.

Flexible Contribution Across HR Priorities

  • Steps in to lead, coordinate, or support priority HR initiatives depending on business needs and capacity gaps.
  • Works closely with HR COEs, regional HR leaders, and corporate functions to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Provides analytical input, synthesis, and insight where needed to inform decision-making, without being tied to a single functional specialty.
  • Acts as a reliable “go-to” leader for complex or sensitive initiatives requiring judgment, discretion, and senior-level engagement.
  • Operates effectively across a matrixed, international environment, influencing without authority.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile
 

Experience & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • 8–12+ years of relevant experience in HR, consulting, corporate transformation, strategy, or complex project environments.
  • Experience operating in Group, regional, or enterprise-level roles, ideally within multinational organizations.
  • Exposure to senior leadership and governance contexts is essential.

Capabilities & Skills

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capability, with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at senior levels.
  • High degree of adaptability and judgment, with the credibility to step into varied topics as needed.
  • Structured, proactive, and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

Other Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) at a professional, corporate level.
  • High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Military service fulfilled (where applicable).
