TITAN Group is looking for a Learning & Development Program Lead to support the design, coordination, and deployment of key learning and capability-building initiatives across the Group, with a strong focus on industrial capabilities.
As part of the Group Learning & Development team, you will design and deploy learning programs that build critical capabilities across countries, functions, and Business Units. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear learning solutions, coordinating rollout, supporting learner engagement, and ensuring consistent execution across the organization.
The role combines L&D expertise with strong program management and change communication. We are looking for someone who understands how learning programs are built and deployed, can bring structure and follow-through to complex initiatives, engage stakeholders around change, and ensure that learning programs move from design to implementation with clarity, quality, and impact.
The role will be based at our Headquarters in Athens, Greece.
Design and structure learning programs, learning journeys, certification paths, and capability-building initiatives, with a strong focus on industrial capabilities.
Translate business and capability needs into clear learning objectives, program structures, learner journeys, and deployment plans.
Work closely with subject matter experts, HR teams, Business Units, technical functions, and external partners to shape relevant and practical learning experiences.
Coordinate the rollout of learning initiatives across countries, regions, and target audiences, ensuring clear timelines, nominations, communications, sessions, and follow-up actions.
Monitor learning data, feedback, and adoption trends to generate insights, strengthen program effectiveness, and inform decisions on future capability-building priorities.
Drive learner engagement and change adoption through clear communication, launch campaigns, manager enablement, progress updates, and practical touchpoints before, during, and after program deployment.
Manage external learning partners, universities, consultants, or content providers, ensuring solutions are adapted to TITAN’s needs and delivered with quality and consistency.
We are looking for an L&D professional who can combine learning expertise with strong execution capability. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with business stakeholders, structuring learning programs, coordinating delivery across multiple audiences, and bringing clarity to complex work.
Required Experience and Skills
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, talent development, capability building, organizational development, HR development, or learning program management.
Experience designing, coordinating, or deploying learning programs, learning journeys, academies, certification paths, or capability-building initiatives.
Good understanding of adult learning principles, learning design, learner engagement, and program evaluation.
Ability to translate business needs into clear learning objectives, program structures, and implementation plans.
Experience working with subject matter experts to convert expertise into structured learning content or learning experiences.
Strong program management skills, including planning, coordination, milestone tracking, risk management, and follow-through.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to coordinate senior stakeholders without formal authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prepare clear presentations, learning briefs, program updates, reports, and decision materials.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix and multinational environment.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Strong digital learning mindset, with confidence using learning technologies, digital platforms, and AI tools to improve learning design, delivery, engagement, and reporting.
Additional Experience Considered an Advantage
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, construction materials, energy, logistics, or other technical environments.
Experience with technical training, industrial capability building, workforce development, or operational excellence programs.
