Overview

At TITAN Group, we're seeking a talented People Analytics Specialist with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for turning people data into meaningful business insights.

 

Reporting to the Group HR Technology Manager, the role will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to identify workforce trends, support data-driven decisions, improve HR data quality and governance, automate reporting and analytics processes, and contribute to the evolution of People Analytics, AI and advanced analytics capabilities across the Group.

 

The position is based in Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities

People Analytics & Workforce Insights

  • Develop analyses and insights on key people and workforce topics through the Group's People Analytics ecosystem.
  • Translate business and HR questions into appropriate analytical approaches, metrics and actionable insights.
  • Identify workforce trends, patterns, risks and opportunities and communicate findings in a clear and business-relevant way.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders on ad-hoc analyses and data-driven decision support.
  • Develop reports and dashboards supporting key HR processes, strategic priorities & initiatives.

HR Data Quality & Governance

  • Drive the integration and effective utilization of data from core HR platforms.
  • Work with HR, IT and external partners to automate data flows and reduce manual reporting and data consolidation.
  • Monitor HR data quality across systems, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the definition and standardization of Group HR metrics, KPIs and analytical methodologies.

Analytics Automation & Innovation

  • Identify recurring HR reporting and data-processing activities that can be simplified or automated.
  • Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to improve access to workforce insights and automate analytical processes.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Approximately 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, HR Technology or a related analytical role.
  • Demonstrated experience working with complex datasets and translating analysis into business insights.
  • Experience with HR data and HR processes is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with visualization or analytics platforms such as Visier, Power BI, Tableau or similar.
  • Strong Excel and data manipulation capabilities.
  • Experience with Power Query, Power Automate or similar technologies would be an advantage.
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or other enterprise HR platforms would be an advantage.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
